Kerry’s leadership track record includes serving as President & CEO of Peak Toolworks, the North American leader in diamond and carbide-tipped saw blades, where he guided the company through significant expansion and a successful exit. Previously, as President of Ammeraal Beltech North America, he led a rapid turnaround that restored profitability, improved working capital and operations, and positioned the company for a highly successful sale from Advent International to Partners Group. He also held senior roles at Accudyne Industries (Carlyle/BC Partners JV), Grundfos Pumps, and Viking Pump, where he drove global sales growth, acquisition integration, and operational excellence.
Beyond his operating leadership, Kerry has been active in governance and advisory roles. He serves on the Executive Advisory Board of Shorehill Capital, he served on the board of Belt Power LLC (exited to Platte River Equity in 2022), and as a board advisor to Peak Toolworks during its transition and sale process. These experiences have deepened his perspective on both the investment and operational sides of the industrial sector.

As Chief Financial Officer of Bose Professional, Joe is leading the financial carve-out and establishment of Bose’s commercial audio division as a standalone global company. Previously, as a founding finance executive at Thrasio, he helped scale the business from startup to over $1 billion in revenue, raising more than $3 billion in capital and achieving unicorn status in under two years. He later served as CFO of Orva, where he led financial operations under private equity ownership, improving e-commerce profitability and driving enterprise value creation.
Earlier in his career, Joe held senior leadership roles at Microline Surgical, McCue Corporation, iBasis, Invensys, Dunkin’ Brands, and Cabot Corporation, where he led international financial operations and transformation initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia. His work has spanned seven countries—including Brazil, Malaysia, and Belgium—and multiple industries such as technology, consumer products, medtech, and manufacturing.

Ron Lentz is the founder and Managing Partner of Logisyn Advisors, Inc., a boutique M&A advisory firm built for the logistics industry. With more than 40 years of experience, he has led Fortune 500 divisions, start-ups, turnarounds, and asset-light businesses, as well as built one of the leading M&A firms in logistics. What sets Ron apart is his dual perspective—having both advised and operated logistics companies—giving him credibility with owners and financial sponsors alike.
His career includes over 20 years of international executive leadership at Ryder Logistics, C-level roles across multiple logistics platforms, and nearly two decades of M&A advisory work. He has also held senior leadership roles at G2 Capital Advisors, WLG Logistics, Agility Logistics, STI Delivers, and Geo Logistics.

LinkedIn twice named him the #1 Top Voice for Money, Finance, and Global Economics, and Worth magazine profiled him as one of the 100 most powerful people in global finance.
He is the author of Think For Yourself: Restoring Common Sense in an Age of Experts and Artificial Intelligence (Harvard Business Review Press, 2020), as well as an earlier book on financial bubbles. In 2022, Vikram was a candidate for the U.S. Senate in New Hampshire.
From 2017 to 2022, he served as a Lecturer at Harvard University, where he taught students to apply multiple perspectives when making complex decisions. He previously taught at Yale University and today advises several Fortune 500 CEOs navigating today’s radical uncertainty in business and regulation. Earlier in his career, Karl spent over two decades at Gates Corporation, where he held senior global leadership roles including Global SVP – End Market Strategy and Service and President of the Asia Pacific Fluid Power Division. Kelton Tonn

Kelton has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions at energy companies specializing in offshore oil & gas exploration, production, decommissioning, mining, engineering, environmental remediation, and heavy civil construction. His unique background includes 10 years of experience in engineering and construction as a project engineer and project manager, as well as over 20 years of experience as internal counsel to energy companies and in private practice law.
Kelton has significant transactional experience in a range of offshore construction projects from design, fabrication, and installation through decommissioning, as well as on M&A and restructuring transactions in both the offshore construction services and offshore energy sectors. Kelton’s accomplishments include leading commercial operations and overseeing risk management as corporate counsel, advising a portfolio of companies with common ownership, serving as senior counsel at two publicly traded energy companies, and currently acting as fractional general counsel to several companies in the offshore energy and shipbuilding and repair sectors.
Kelton is currently licensed to practice law in Alabama, Montana, Wyoming, and Texas. He still maintains his professional engineering license in Texas and is a certified mediator in Texas. As an energy industry expert with multi-faceted experience, Kelton provides clients with interim management services, distressed and special situation transaction services and restructuring advisory services.
