Background
Konstantin serves as a Managing Director at Iron Eagle Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in transaction advisory services. Prior to Iron Eagle, Konstantin served as a Director at a boutique investment bank. Previously, he was a Manager at Analysis Group, one of the largest private economics consulting firms globally, where he specialized in financial analysis.
Konstantin has published articles in various outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, the Journal of Investment Management, and Law360. Previously, Konstantin was a member of the MIT CFO Summit Leadership Committee.
Konstantin also serves as Managing Director for Iron Eagle’s affiliate, VRS Restructuring Services, which provides financial restructuring advisory services, including Chief Restructuring Officer, independent fiduciary, crisis management, and insolvency related services.

Background
Mike is the Managing Director of Business Development at Iron Eagle Capital. Mike has more than 20 years of experience as a successful private equity and debt investor, board member, corporate leader, and small-business owner. Prior to joining Iron Eagle, Mike founded Giles Growth Advisory, where he assisted companies in identifying and executing growth opportunities, optimizing strategies, and driving revenue through tailored business development consulting.
Mike has served as an independent board member for numerous companies across a wide range of industries, including those in the technology and business services, industrials and manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and renewable energy sectors.
Mike previously served as a Managing Director of Originations at a multi-billion-dollar global alternative asset manager specializing in private credit and direct lending to middle-market companies. Prior to private credit, Mike served in key leadership positions at several rapidly growing companies. Mike began his career at Summit Partners, a venture capital and growth equity firm based in Boston.
Mike also serves as Managing Director of Business Development for Iron Eagle’s affiliate, VRS Restructuring Services, which provides financial restructuring advisory services, including Chief Restructuring Officer, independent fiduciary, crisis management, and insolvency related services.

Connor Grogan
Director
Background
Connor serves as a Director at Iron Eagle Capital, where he leads M&A analysis and strategic initiatives for middle-market companies across the technology and industrials sectors. He has more than 14 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with deep expertise in evaluating investment opportunities, executing complex transactions, and driving value creation for portfolio companies.
Prior to Iron Eagle, Connor was a Vice President at G2 Capital Advisors, where he led a team of more than 20 analysts and associates and played a key role in originating and executing transactions totaling over $1 billion in aggregate value.
Previously, Connor spent five years as an Associate at Stout Risius Ross in the Washington, D.C. metro area, where he developed a strong foundation in M&A analysis, valuation, and private equity transactions.

Scott serves as a Director at Iron Eagle Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in business advisory, consulting, and audit services. He has worked on a number of transactions across a wide range of industries, including those in the healthcare, industrials and manufacturing, consumer and retail, and transportation and logistics sectors.
Prior to Iron Eagle, Scott was a Senior Associate at a boutique investment bank and restructuring firm. Previously, Scott worked for a top 10 financial advisory and accounting firm in their national Corporate Recovery & Litigation Services Practice. He was also a senior auditor in the firm’s audit practice.
Scott also serves as a Director for Iron Eagle’s affiliate, VRS Restructuring Services, which provides financial restructuring advisory services, including Chief Restructuring Officer, independent fiduciary, crisis management, and insolvency related services.

Prior to Iron Eagle, Jason served as a Director at Lumio HX, Inc., where he played a key role in a multi-year consolidation, cost structure optimization, and led forecasting and project finance strategy. Previously, Jason served as CFO of a large solar residential installer, where he led all financial and strategic operations through a period of rapid growth and executed a successful M&A transaction, which resulted in the company being acquired.

Background
Matt serves as a Vice President at Iron Eagle Capital, where he works on a range of capital advisory assignments for middle-market companies. He partners with investors, lenders, and management teams to support strategic initiatives and complex transaction execution.
Prior to Iron Eagle, Matt spent more than six years at G2 Capital Advisors, where he was promoted from Associate to Vice President. During his tenure, Matt was actively involved in building sector-focused acquisition strategies, leading sponsor coverage, and developing proprietary deal flow across the industrials, transportation, and technology sectors. Previously, Matt worked at AXA Investment Managers and FG Gravel, where he was involved in strategic and corporate development initiatives to support fundraising efforts and the company’s expansion across the U.S.
